What we do

Wheelchair Transport
Ramp-equipped vans with secured tie-downs. Riders stay in their own chair from door to door.
Ambulatory & wheelchairHospital Discharge
Rides home from the hospital or rehab, coordinated with case managers and nursing staff. Short-notice requests when a vehicle is available.

Rides run 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. Book at least 24 hours ahead, and dispatch (9 AM – 6 PM) confirms your trip.

Use our online booking or call dispatch. Tell us who’s riding or what’s being delivered, where it’s going, and when.

We confirm your trip
Dispatch confirms the pickup time, vehicle, and mobility needs, and calls the night before as a reminder.

Door-to-door service
Your driver arrives on time and helps with boarding and bags. For will-call returns, call when you’re ready.

Requirements
- At least 21 years old
- Valid Michigan driver’s license with at least 3 years of driving experience
- Clean driving record
- Pass a criminal background check
- Pass a drug screening
- CPR & First Aid certified, or willing to get certified
- Able to help passengers in and out of vehicles and secure wheelchairs
- Smartphone for trip schedules and navigation
- Professional, patient, and reliable
